  • Review and discuss transcripts, standardized test results, future high school course selections, extra-curricular and summer activities
  • Assess skills, strengths, academic/extracurricular interests, and financial need by way of surveys, aptitude testing, and financial aid estimators
  • Research colleges and universities, culminating in personalized, balanced list of schools for consideration that prioritize “best fit” over “prestige” of any given school
  • Provide summaries in GuidedPath of meetings, follow up items, and deadlines
  • Communicate with Clients via text/email/phone as warranted
  • Share advice on “demonstrated interest” for colleges that track this
  • Offer guidance on securing strong letters of recommendation
  • Develop timelines and “to do” lists for admissions process
  • Provide preparation for college visits and interviews
  • Assess Early Decision/Early Action options, if applicable
  • Offer guidance with resume preparation, if applicable
  • Facilitate college essay brainstorming and provide in-depth feedback of drafts
  • Oversee completion of applications and supplementary materials
  • Review and discuss with Clients any admission offers, including financial aid packages if applicable, leading to final enrollment decision
